HEAD
OF AUDIT
Reporting
to the Board of Audit committee, the Head of Audit will be responsible
for directing and Co-coordinating internal auditing within the
Bank & Determine if organizations objectives are being achieved.
Key
Responsibilities:
•Inspection of physical operations and investigations of
irregularities and errors
•Ascertain the extent to which the bank assents are accounted
for and safeguard form losses
•Counsel and guide auditors to ensure that approved audit
objectives are met and practical coverage is achieved.
•Train and instruct supportive staff.
Qualifications
and Experience
1. Should be a CA
2. Minimum of 8 yrs of experience in Audit.

HEAD OF COMPLIANCE
Reporting
to the Managing Director, the Head of Compliance will be evaluating
the accuracy of the records of the bank
Key
Responsibilities:
•Determine the level of compliance with Bank policies &
Procedures
•Evaluate the accuracy effectiveness & efficiency of
the Bank’s information system.
•Responsible for formulating a comprehensive compliance
framework.
•Ensure that all key business units have adequate contingency
plans.
Qualifications
and Experience
1. Bachelors in BBA, B.Com (Accounting &Finance) or equivalent
(ACCA, ACA, CPA)
2. Minimum of 5yrs of experience in Compliance

HEAD OF RISK
Reporting
to the Managing Director, the Head of Risk will be responsible
for managing the activities that encompass the control of risk
and to ensure that the risk exposure is within the limits.
Key
Responsibilities:
•Put in place a comprehensive Risk framework that will monitor
&control the liquidity, market and reputation risk
•Prepare models to ensure balance between Risk & Reward
•Undertake annual country Risk Assessments.
•Ensure that the Bank’s risk policies & Procedures
are aligned to the requirements of the Bank.

1. Masters in the same field or equivalent
2. Minimum of 5yrs of experience

CREDIT MANAGERS (4)
Reporting
to the Head of Credit, the Manager Credit will be responsible
for ensuring that the monitoring & collection of loans is
done according to the set standards as in the credit policy.
Key
Responsibilities:
•Vetting all appraisal reports to ensure that they meet
set institutional standards as they pertain risk assumption, prior
to such reports being processed through the approval process
•Analyze reports of valuations of security proposed for
mortgage, inspect the security offered and valued and make an
assessment vis a vis the valuation report
•Periodical production of loan reports for review by management
•Follow up with customers for recovery of irregular advances
and for curing other delinquencies.
Qualifications
and Experience
1. Masters in the same field or a commerce graduate from certified
association— Institute of Bankers
2. Minimum of 5yrs of experience.

BRANCH MANAGERS (6)
Reporting
to the regional Branch Manager, the Branch Manager will be responsible
for overall leadership of the branch to deliver the business plan
while maintaining high levels of customer service, branch efficiencies
and stakeholder management
Key
Responsibilities:
•Maintain and grow corporate and retail business in order
to deliver growth and profitability.
•Overall leadership in the branch to deliver Customer service
standards and operational efficiencies.
•Main custodian of the assets in the Branch
•Credit appraisals and lending.
•Staff development and Performance management.
Qualifications
and Experience
1. Should be a B.Com graduate with MBA in Marketing or Finance,
a Banking degree preferred.

OPERATIONS MANAGERS (6)
Reporting
to the Regional Manager, the Operations Manager will be responsible
to ensure that operational procedures are in line with the bank
requirements.
Key
Responsibilities:
•Coordinate the activities of Operation Department
•Maintains the cash reserve ratio and statutory liquidity
ratio with Bank and coordinates with ALCO committee for implementing
the committee decisions
•Coordinates with other branches of the Bank
•Coordinates with other Alco committee members in respect
of making investments in treasury bills and interbank placements
•Carrying out any other business assigned by the management.
Qualifications
and Experience
1. Should be a graduate with a Banking degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5yrs of experience.

MANAGER MORTGAGE FINANCE
Reporting
to the Head of Credit, the Mortgage Finance Manager will be responsible
to head Mortgage Finance Division within Credit Department.
Key
Responsibilities:
•Receive mortgage loan applications and ensure that all
applications are accompanied with required documentation.
•Analyze the valuations of security proposed for mortgage,
inspect security offered and make assessments on market value
and forced sale value
•Prepare reports after assessment of securities and appraise
the mortgage loan with relation of the vale of the property and
recommend accordingly.
•Forward the approved applications to the recovery section
for legal documentation..
•Recover all incidental charges to avoid income leakage
for the bank.
Qualifications
and Experience
1. Should be a commerce graduate from certified association—Institute
of Bankers
2. Minimum of 5yrs of experience with Masters Finance.

AUDIT MANAGERS (5)
Reporting
to the Head of the Department, the Audit Manager will be responsible
to supervise & Coordinate audit programs of Bank including
the review of accounting procedures.
Key
Responsibilities:
•Supervise examination & analysis of records
•Coordinated analysis of operating departments to promote
managerial effectiveness.
•Review the reliability of management data developed within
the organization.
•Recommend & develop internal auditing policies, procedures
& programs.
•Provide the Head of the Department & Board committee
with annual reports on the result of audit activies.
Qualifications
and Experience
1. Should be a CA or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 2yrs experience.
